is located in the town of
Wilbraham, south
central of
Massachusetts
and occupies 300 acres of rich farmland and wooded hillsides. Wilbraham and
Monson
Academy
is the result of the merger between two old academies in 1971. These two
academies were
Monson
Academy which was founded in 1804 and
Wilbraham
Academy which was founded in 1817.
The
Global
School, Wilbraham and
Monson
Academy
is a center for global and entrepreneurial studies where students are
introduced to the world of global citizenship, finance and entrepreneurship
through numerous teaching methods. The bicentennial scholarship program of Wilbraham
and
Monson
Academy brings together students of
outstanding potential to live and learn together with other similar students who
enter the school through the multiple $20,000 scholarships awarded here.
With the residential life program, students develop a
sense of comfort and security with frequent and meaningful interactions with
adults. They learn the values of personal responsibility and integrity,
conflict resolution, cooperation and positive leadership.
Wilbraham and
Monson
Academy uses a directed
study program instead of study hall system where students seek help from
teachers and tutors whenever required. The Fine Arts Program offered here has a
wide range of studio and computer based courses that are beneficial to both
entry level students and advanced artists.
Wilbraham and
Monson
Academy is accredited to
New England Association of Schools and Colleges. It also has memberships in the
Cum Laude Society, the Independent School Association of Massachusetts, the New
England Association of Schools and Colleges, the Secondary School Admission
Test Board and the National Association for College Admission Counseling.

Academy for their summer camp because of
the many camp activities and enticing options they provide for your children.
